Cost of the Retreat
We want to bring together Reclaiming’s teens! We welcome folks who will be 13-17 any time this year. Folks 18-up can apply to be part of our Mentors program – see below or email us.
Cost of the six-day retreat is just $229-499 sliding scale (please place yourself generously on the scale) with nonrefundable $100 deposit by April 15.
Cost is $279-499 sliding scale after April 15.
We offer partial parent work-trade for help with transportation etc, and some partial scholarship assistance. Email us with questions (see link above).
If you need a ride, we ask $20 donation each direction.

Drugs, Alcohol, and Other Substances
Teen Earth Magic is a drug- and alcohol-free event. We also ask teens not to bring personal snacks except for traveling and for special dietary needs.
Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing medications and/or special-needs food.
We sleep in tents and on the floor. Toilet and shower are shared by all genders. Food is prepared in the camp kitchen and served outdoors.
There is not reliable cellphone reception at the camp. The camp has an emergency landline phone.
Most of camp is rustic dirt paths, and is not wheelchair accessible. People with walking sticks and/or crutches might manage. We will do our best to support your needs.
Please offer rides if possible! Parents – contact us about work-trade in exchange for helping with transportation.
For folks coming from outside Northern California, we will arrange your ride from the San Francisco Bay Area.
Others – we will try to help, for $20 each direction
Young Adult Mentors Path
The Young Adult Mentors Path is designed for a limited number of older teens and young adults ages 18-up.
We’ll tap deeply into what each of us has to offer from our hearts — which might be leadership and service, teaching, mentoring younger folks, skill-sharing, kitchen-witching, ritual organizing, or something unexpected and mysterious — and help create the container of camp. Your $100 per person deposit is nonrefundable and non-transferable once you are accepted to camp (via email confirmation). No exceptions. Your deposit will be used to pay for the campsite, and cannot be given back. If you have to cancel, your contribution will still help create our new camp (and becomes tax-deductible).
If you cancel before May 15, we will refund all but your $100 per person deposit. After May 15 we will have spent the money for food and campsite, and cannot refund payments after that date. Your donation will become tax-deductible.
No-shows are a strict no-refund policy, due to funds having already been spent in advance for food and accommodations.
Camp fees are not transferable.
